Our instructors have been in training roles for the Military and Police for a number of years. We provide training in defensive tactics and staff safety tactics. We teach various stances, redirection and blocks, disengagement from holds, takedown techniques, calming techniques, controlling techniques, escorting techniques, restraints and weapon defences.
